Why do you offer a split instead of full commission? We offer a split because there is overhead to maintaining everything we offer. The split is how we manage the costs, but as a result, you don’t have to pay anything out of pocket. The bottom line is that we offer more than any other brokerage out there, and the split allows us to do that and create more business for our agents.
What is the commission split structure as my income goes up?
As your gross commission income goes up, so does your split. We have splits ranging from 50% for company generated leads and 60% to 90% on self generated business. The best part about this structure is that the company generated leads you close are included in your gross commission. As your gross commission income goes up, so does your split all while having zero expenses!
